I happened to stumble across something called D&AD Awards for Advertising to discover that a campaign for the New Orleans Tourism Marketing Corporation, that used a couple of my pictures had won!
“To promote the city’s 300th birthday, New Orleans Tourism demonstrated its USP compared to other travel destinations. When you visit New Orleans, you leave with a story instead of a souvenir. This poster series used archival photography from the city’s history to celebrate stories from music to Mardi Gras to gay rights.”
